We order components and boards and keep the supply chain running. Larger PCB batches are stocked for your future orders.

Assembly and inspection
SMD and THT assembly on Yamaha lines, followed by AOI inspection and quality control logged in the system.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We handle high-volume production as well as smaller runs and prototype batches. Batch size and unit costs are agreed at the quotation stage.
What should I prepare for an assembly quote?
We can quote fastest when you send us the bill of materials (BOM), Gerber production files, assembly documentation and planned batch sizes. If your documentation is incomplete, we will help you complete it.
Do you supply electronic components?
Yes. Thanks to long-standing relationships with distributors, we supply the full range of components, including niche and hard-to-source parts. We tailor the component sourcing model to the needs of each project.
How do you ensure assembly quality?
Every board undergoes quality control after assembly, including automated optical inspection (AOI). The inspection process is logged in our production management system, and our ERP system provides full traceability of components and batches.
Can you help refine a design before series production?
Yes. We review documentation and prototypes for series production, advise on component selection and propose design changes that reduce costs and improve device reliability.
Do you handle complete device assembly, not just PCBs?
Yes. We fit PCBs into enclosures, integrate displays and keypads, program devices, carry out functional tests, and label and package the products. Devices can leave our facility ready for sale.
