Development of an adaptive AI system for analysing technical documentation in electronics manufacturing
Beneficiary name: Convel Wojciech Pustoła
The aim of the project is to develop an adaptive, AI-based system supporting the operations of Convel, a contract manufacturer in the electronics industry that serves customers who deliver technical documentation in a wide variety of formats and structures. The project involves comprehensive research and development work leading to an innovative AI environment that intelligently analyses production and assembly documentation, detects inconsistencies, standardises data and automatically converts it into a form that meets production requirements.
The project results will be used directly by Convel employees, streamlining production preparation and improving the quality and efficiency of the services we provide. Indirect beneficiaries will be the company's current and future customers, in particular businesses in the industrial automation, IoT, medical and automotive sectors, for whom short lead times and reliable deliveries are essential.
The outcome of the R&D work will be the development of innovative AI algorithms forming the basis of a system for the automatic analysis, organisation and standardisation of production documentation. The solution will streamline production preparation, reduce manual work, improve the quality of customer service, and be ready for deployment and further development.
