Privacy Policy
Since 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) has been in force. In connection with this, we would like to inform you about how we process your personal data and about the rights you are entitled to.

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary to conclude a contract and perform the service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The purposes for which we process your data
We also process your personal data for the following purposes:
- registration in the order system and order fulfilment,
- handling potential complaints and claims,
- archiving,
- statistics,
- accounting,
- tax,
- marketing.
How long we keep your data
We will keep your personal data for the duration of the contract (performance of the service), but also after it ends:
- data on contracts: until the claims arising from them become time-barred (a maximum of 10 years),
- data on invoices and accounting documents: for the period and purposes required by law,
- data concerning complaints and warranty claims: for 1 year after the warranty expires or the complaint is settled,
- data used for marketing purposes: until you withdraw your consent to its processing.
Who we may share your data with
Your personal data may be shared with other entities:
- banks or other payment intermediaries,
- courier or postal service companies,
- state authorities or other entities authorised by law, in order to fulfil our obligations (e.g. the Tax Office),
- accounting service providers,
- companies that operate and secure our IT systems.
Your personal data may be processed by us by automated means, but not in the form of profiling.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, and you may modify, update and rectify it, as well as withdraw your consent to our marketing activities, by contacting us at info@convel.pl.
If you believe that the way we process your data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.
